With their strong commitment to customer service, PRECO determined a new Service Center was needed in the Lakewood Ranch area to meet their growing needs. This new Service Center provides PRECO's customers with a more convenient location for payment and personal contact. It also serves as a practical location to meet the leaders of SMR and discuss the electrical needs of the community as it continues to grow. The structure provides PRECO and their customers a functional and recognizable building that speaks to the essence of what PRECO stands for in the community. The company's colors are integrated into the colors of the building, and it was built with sustainable, forward-thinking and easy-to-maintain materials that reinforce the concept of electrical movement.

As part of the permitting process, we prepared material boards and renderings to show SMR how the building would be a welcome addition to the architectural style  typically accepted in Lakewood Ranch. Supporting the vision and integrity of SMR, the building now plays a critical part in the landscape of the Lakewood Ranch community.
